Tucson Vacation Homes and Casitas – Homeshare Civano
The vacation homes, each with 2-3 bedrooms/2 baths are rented weekly or monthly. Casitas, popular in Tucson, are guest cottages, often found as second story units with sweeping mountain views. All rental homes have a two car garage, fully equipped kitchens, bath and bedroom linens, and furnished patios. Just bring your luggage and groceries and enjoy all that Tucson and Civano have to offer. Individual rooms are available at the Nightly and Weekly rates are based on maximum 4 adults, Occupancy: 2 Adults maximum per bedroom (ie; 2 bedroom home = 4 adults maximum) additional adults are $15.00 per night, per person and one child (with well behaved parents), 6 to 12yrs, are free. All the vacation homes are non smoking, and one small dog (with a deposit, in certain homes) will be considered (sorry, no cats). Long-term home rentals are also available. These options are ideal for extended stays in Tucson for relocation situations, corporate rentals for business assignments, or temporary housing for a military transfers. Long stays, 6-12 month leases, require security deposit, application and credit report.
